By accessing or using Bev Stats ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
Bev Stats is a bar management platform that provides sales tracking, inventory management, community features, a marketplace, cocktail recipes, analytics, and AI-powered tools for bartenders and bar owners. The Service is available via web browser and mobile applications.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Bev Stats offers free and paid subscription plans (Pro and Enterprise). Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial period.

You retain ownership of content you create on the Service (posts, listings, recipes, etc.). By posting content, you grant Bev Stats a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights.
The Bev Stats marketplace allows users to list and purchase bar equipment and supplies. Bev Stats acts as a platform facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.
The Service includes AI-powered features such as inventory scanning and a chat assistant. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate. You should verify AI-generated recommendations before making business decisions based on them.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and original content (such as the cocktail recipe library), is owned by Bev Stats and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bev Stats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
